ICCS is a highly focused software house, specialising in the design and implementation of quality assurance and control systems for the food, beverage, toiletries and pharmaceutical markets. In addition to bespoke systems ICCS offer a range of standard, off-the-shelf products.

Our products are used to monitor and control critical product attributes using both manual and automated data capture methods. Our sophisticated data analysis and reporting modules are used extensively by our Customers to assist in demonstrating due diligence to a variety of regulatory authorities including Trading Standards, Customs and Excise and the Medicines Inspectorate.                             

Future Proof

Our systems are based around standard software modules, configured to meet individual client requirements. This modular structure and the use of standard PC platforms ensure that additional workstations or manager’s reporting modules can easily be added in the future.

Flexibility

Our software packages have been designed to interface with standard measuring equipment including scales, balances, check weighers and a wide range of laboratory equipment.    All ICCS' systems can be run on standard desktop PCs. For harsh environments we can supply ruggedized PCs in IP65 stainless steel cases. Both conventional keyboard and touch screen operation is available to suit specific needs. The software can be run on standalone PCs or on a network ensuring information is available where and when it is needed, by the line, in the laboratory or on a manager's desktop. Data is analysed and stored electronically thereby eliminating the need for paper records.

 Recognised Quality Standards

ICCS operate a structured Quality Management System (QMS) and are accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT. Within our QMS there is a strong emphasis on management through effective planning and monitoring and the adoption of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP.) Our procedures and development methods are in accordance with those employed and required by the pharmaceutical industry.

Conformity

Regulatory conformity is at the heart of our business. Our systems meet the latest stringent legislation in areas such as critical control (HACCP), average weight and electronic signatures (FDA 21 CFR Part II). They are also compatible with Standard Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems such as Ford. This ensures that in turn our clients can meet the growing requirement of current legislation.

Our software provides an  ‘easy to use’ interface. Operators can enter data with a minimal level of computer skills and managers will find the familiar Windows™ style working environment very easy to use.
